| Our products for the civil marketplace are manufactured to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, JAR 21 and JAR 145. They are optimised in terms of weight and cost, using innovative design and manufacturing techniques. These designs are compliant with typical civil environmental conditions including hermeticity and shock, with reliability and safety being key factors. |

 |
Landing Gear |
| |
Crouzet designs proximity switches with high levels of shock and vibration to cope with this severe environment. |
 |
Cargo Loading Dock |
| |
For this application the space is very limited, so Crouzet designed a specific inductive proximity switch with a very flat body and a remote detection head. |
 |
Electrical Protection and Distribution |
| |
Crouzet designs the lightest circuit breakers and remote control circuit breakers in the world. Crouzet was the first to demonstrate the benefits of extra light weight circuit breakers with auxiliary contacts, & increased reliability. |
 |
Thrust Reverser Indication |
| |
Crouzet is a thrust reverser specialist. For this critical function Crouzet can propose a large range of very reliable limit or proximity switches. |
 |
Door Position Detection |
| |
For this application the space is very limited. Requiring a fully hermetic bi-polar switch, Crouzet co-designed with its customer a dedicated body to be integrated in the door structure. |
 |
Spoiler Detection |
| |
This critical function combined the need for very large temperature range with thermal shock. Crouzet designed a very unique product: A full metal body inductive switch with standard interface and BIT used to improve the safety and reliability. |
 |
Control Wheels |
| |
Crouzet, working in very close collaboration with the customer, has taken into account all the ergonomic, space and weight requirements. Using CAD compatible with CATIA, we exchanged design data electronically and quickly completed a successful design. |
 |
ED55 FDR Regulation |
| |
In order to meet ED55 we helped our customer to integrate into the control column Crouzet's new dual output smart RVDT already certified for flight control applications. Linear sensors could also be integrated. |
