Man-Machine Interface
Crouzet control grips are very well known all over the world for their comfortable ergonomic shape and the very large range of push button and switches adapted to any application.
In order to meet new requirements, Crouzet can propose control grips and control wheels integrating Crouzet sensors (force, RVDT, LVDT ...) and communication capability (data buses).
Universal
20 years ago, in conjunction with Eurocopter's customers, Crouzet designed a standard control grip with push buttons. This grip is now flying all over the world and its comfortable ergonomic shape is still in demand by many discerning operators. Crouzet offers a large range of push buttons (1 or 2 pole), trims (2, 3, 4 or 5 way), thumbswitches, triggers, flaps and accessories.
Modular
Helicopter users demand more and more customised machines. Crouzet has defined a modular concept of grips which allow the customer to keep the comfortable Crouzet grip ergonomics while allowing easy modification of the push button configuration on a removable front plate. This unique design approach not only gives our customers great flexibility, it also minimises the customisation lead-time. Production can continue with only minor changes at final assembly.
Smart!
Aircraft and helicopters are integrating more and more complex functions (fly by wire, ED55, new computers, etc). In order to be meet all these new requirements, Crouzet can provide control grips and control wheels which integrate its push button range and its own sensors measuring force with linear and angular movement.
Lightweight
In order to minimise the weight increase due to these additional functions; Crouzet can offer a range of lightweight grips and push buttons that benefit from research into modern materials. Our grips and sticks can be manufactured in composite or in plastic, which can save up to 2 kg per helicopter and thus minimise the operator's costs.
