Most of our parts are qualified to European and US Military Standards. Our offices and factories are homologated to AQAP 110 and ISO 9001. We can provide the necessary program documentation, and extra testing necessary. In most cases this testing can be done in house at Crouzet's own test laboratory. |

Calling on years of experience, Crouzet has custom designed and built unique easily reconfigurable, circuit breaker panels with either push-push or push pull action breakers. |

Moving Tailplane |

The safety level of this application demands a detection redundancy in a very small area. Crouzet proposed and designed a limit switch with 4 independent heads, which is very reliable and very easy to integrate. |

Pilot Control Grips |

Crouzet co-designed, with the customer, both the control and armament grips in a major European attack helicopter. These grips integrate thumbsticks to control the targeting function. |

Cockpit Canopy Lock |

The military aircraft canopy must be closed and latched for flight. To indicate the closed and locked position, Crouzet designed a very small four pole limit switch with a specific connection modified to fit into the small area available. |

Door Position Detection |

For this application the space is very limited. Requiring a fully hermetic bi-polar switch, Crouzet co-designed with its customer a dedicated body to be integrated in the door structure. |

In addition to the circuit breakers qualified to all the International standards, Crouzet provides current sensors for power control. These sensors have been minimised in size and yet meet all the Military environmental requirements. |

Actuator internal piston detection |

The challenge was to minimise the size and to simplify the piston detection system. Crouzet integrated its detector directly into the actuator. This active Inductive switch meets the entire extreme conditions of high pressure (200 PSI), mechanical & thermal shocks (hot liquid), and electromagnetic interference. |
